Wok Vegetables

- One strip of pork tenderloin
- 4-5 carrots
- One jar bamboo shoots
- One jar soybean sprouts
- One large onion
- One head of broccoli
- Peanut oil
- 350ml chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- A handful of peanuts
- Rice or noodles
- Seasonings
- Paprika
- Curry
- Soy sauce
- Sambal oelek
- Coriander
- Cumin
- Five-spice powder
Wok Preparation
- Cut the carrots into sticks and sautΓ© together with a chopped onion in peanut oil.
- Add the bamboo shoots and soybean sprouts and let simmer in the wok.
- Cut broccoli into small florets and add to the wok as well.
- Once the broccoli florets have reached the desired firmness, stir in the sauce from the pan and add the peanuts.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
Sauce Preparation (additional pan)
- Cut pork tenderloin into thin strips and coat in curry and paprika powder.
- Fry the pork tenderloin in peanut oil in a pan and then deglaze with soy sauce.
- Add the chicken broth and season with sambal oelek, coriander, cumin and five-spice powder.
- Finally, thicken the sauce with cornstarch.
