Waffles

Ingredients

  • 175g butter
  • 175g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 bottle rum flavoring
  • 200g wheat flour (type 405)
  • 50g cornstarch
  • 1/2 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  2. Stir in the eggs and rum flavoring.
  3. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and stir in.
  4. Bake the batter in a waffle iron.
