Trofie alla Genovese
Ingredients
- 500g pasta
- 400g beans
- 400g potatoes
- 1/2 portion Pesto alla Genovese
Instructions
- First, prepare half a portion of Pesto alla Genovese.
- Then wash and halve the beans. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Next, cook the potatoes, beans and pasta in a large pot of salted water for 10-14, 10-12, and 10 minutes respectively.
- Finally, fold in pesto to taste.
