Spinach Lasagne
This makes enough for a medium to large casserole dish.
Ingredients
- 500g spinach
- 1 onion
- About 100g butter
- 30g flour
- 500ml milk
- 200g double cream cheese
- 150g feta cheese
- Lasagne sheets
Instructions
- Grease the casserole dish with butter.
- Sauté the finely cubed onion in 50g butter.
- Add the spinach to the sautéed onion and season with nutmeg and salt.
- Prepare a roux with 50g butter, 30g flour and 500ml milk. Then stir in the cream cheese.
- Fold the spinach into the roux.
- Layer lasagne sheets and spinach alternately in the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the casserole dish with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake the lasagne at 180-190°C for about 40 minutes.
