Lena's Schupfnudel Pan

This makes a large pan.

Ingredients

  • 500g Schupfnudeln (German potato noodles)
  • 2 onions
  • 650g sauerkraut
  • 100-150g ham cubes
  • 1 apple (sweet and fruity)

Instructions

  1. Fry the ham cubes in a large pan on medium heat.
  2. Peel the onions, cut into cubes and add to the ham cubes.
  3. Add the Schupfnudeln and fry.
  4. Drain the sauerkraut and fold into the Schupfnudeln.
  5. Peel and core the apple, cut into cubes and fold into the Schupfnudeln.
