Lena's Schupfnudel Pan
This makes a large pan.
Ingredients
- 500g Schupfnudeln (German potato noodles)
- 2 onions
- 650g sauerkraut
- 100-150g ham cubes
- 1 apple (sweet and fruity)
Instructions
- Fry the ham cubes in a large pan on medium heat.
- Peel the onions, cut into cubes and add to the ham cubes.
- Add the Schupfnudeln and fry.
- Drain the sauerkraut and fold into the Schupfnudeln.
- Peel and core the apple, cut into cubes and fold into the Schupfnudeln.
