Eva's Potato Cheese Spread

- 4 floury potatoes
- 1-2 splashes of cream
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, then peel and coarsely grate.
- Mix the sour cream and cream into the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and fold in as well.
- Garnish the potato cheese spread with finely chopped chives.

PS: Erdapfelkäs is a Bavarian specialty and is usually eaten as a bread spread.
