Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 500ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250g flour
    • Either 250g wheat flour (type 405),
    • 250g spelt flour (type 630),
    • or 200g of one of the above flours and 50g whole wheat flour
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk the first four ingredients together well in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the flour.
  3. Fry the crêpes with butter in a pan.

Enjoy your meal!

PS: The pan is still hot… cut an apple into small wedges and toss with vanilla sugar (and cinnamon) in butter.
