Crêpes
Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 500ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250g flour
- Either 250g wheat flour (type 405),
- 250g spelt flour (type 630),
- or 200g of one of the above flours and 50g whole wheat flour
- Butter
Instructions
- Whisk the first four ingredients together well in a bowl.
- Stir in the flour.
- Fry the crêpes with butter in a pan.
Enjoy your meal!
PS: The pan is still hot… cut an apple into small wedges and toss with vanilla sugar (and cinnamon) in butter.
