Ben's Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients for the Sauce

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic
Other Ingredients
- 450g chicken breast fillet
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- One spring onion
Instructions
- Grate ginger and garlic and mix with the other sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fry the meat on high heat for 5-6 minutes until the water has completely evaporated and it’s nicely browned.
- Add the teriyaki sauce and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes on medium heat until the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
