Annik's Pasta Casserole
This makes enough for a medium to large casserole dish.
Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 200g grated cheese
- 150g cooked ham
- 3 eggs
- 40g crème fraîche
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook the pasta and cut the ham into small rectangles.
- Layer the pasta alternately with the ham and cheese in a casserole dish.
- Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, a pinch of salt and nutmeg, then pour over the pasta.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan on top and bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
