Annik's Pasta Casserole

This makes enough for a medium to large casserole dish.

Ingredients

  • 300g pasta
  • 200g grated cheese
  • 150g cooked ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 40g crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta and cut the ham into small rectangles.
  2. Layer the pasta alternately with the ham and cheese in a casserole dish.
  3. Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, a pinch of salt and nutmeg, then pour over the pasta.
  4. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top and bake at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
